I honestly bought it because I was tired of ugly plastic dispensers, and this one is much nicer to carry around. It’s really light and doesn’t swing everywhere while walking.
It also seems pretty tough. Mine has been dropped a few times and my dog has had a go at it, and it’s still fine.
The only thing I’d improve is the bag dispensing. The silicone creates a little more friction than plastic, so it isn’t quite as smooth as I expected. I got used to it after a while, but I think it could be even better.

Took me a little time to get used to this type of dispenser since it’s different from the hard plastic ones I used before. I had a few questions at first, but customer service was really patient and helpful. After using it for a few walks, it started to feel much more natural and comfortable.

I’ve tried quite a few poop bag dispensers before, and most of them either swing around too much while walking or start looking worn out very quickly. This one feels much more minimal and comfortable to use. The silicone texture is soft and nice to hold, and I really like that it doesn’t knock against my leg during walks.
The design is simple but thoughtful, and it looks much nicer than the usual plastic dispensers. It also feels pretty durable so far.
I had a small shipping question after placing my order and customer service replied really quickly and kindly, which I appreciated a lot.
